Zomia-MA Treaty

§lPreamble §r §0WHEREAS, the City State of Zomia has no officially recognized land claims or formally recognized sovereignty. §r §0WHEREAS, the de facto land claims of Zomia are within the recognized Mount §r

§0Augustan Sphere of influence as pe§rr §0the Gensokyo-Augusta Treaty of Friendship. §r §0The City State of Zomia, hereafter referred to as Zomia, and the Liberal Autocracy of Mount Augusta§r

§0, hereafter referred to as Mount Augusta, agree to the following:§r §lArticle 1: Sovereignty§r §0The City State of Zomia agrees to: §r

§0- Recognize the Liberal Autocracy of Mount Augusta §r §0- Honour the sovereignty and territorial integrity of the Liberal Autocracy of Mount Augusta§r §0§r

§0The Liberal Autocracy of Mount Augusta agrees to: §r §0- Recognize the City State of Zomia §r §0- Honour the sovereignty and territorial integrity of the City State of Zomia§r

§lArticle 2: Borders §r §0Both Parties agree to the following§r: §0- To affirm that the following map: imgur.com/9QPVD65 displays the correct borders and territories of each party §r

§0- Recognize that the land coloured in hue red (FF4450) displays the correct borders and territories of§r §0Mount Augusa. §r

§0- Recognize that the land coloured in hue Yellow (FCAF17) displays the correct borders and territories of Zomia, comprising of the Island of Imperium in its entirety.§r

§lArticle 3: Stewardship of Zomia§r §0In the event of prolonged inactivity, or on a separate request by the City State of Zomia, Mount Augusta will take on stewardship of the territories of Zomia to: §r §0- Deny/Repair Grief

§0- prevent and deny any encroachment of Zomian territories by a third party, in order to preserve Zomian territorial integrity. §r §lArticle 4: Closing§r §0This treaty may be amended in agreement by both parties.§r
