Europe will be similar to the early medieval days - hundreds of thousands of small kingdoms within former nations. §0 §0 §0These "kingdoms" will be self-dependant city-states. Cities with more history will be dominant and rule over the other cities.

These city-states will begin as locally ruled and small. Every city-state will have a different religion, government, and demographics to several degrees. §0 §0 §0Religion will be dominant once again, athiesm will fade as life gets hard again

Life expectancy will drop to 40 until the generations of the old world are gone. After that, it will slowly creep up until all humans have adapted to the new life. §0 §0 §0Science will go back to discovering new things with a bases of religion, used when useful

Racial diversity will be accepted for the first years, but the minorities will become discriminated as time goes on, and kicked out once a connected majority is established.§0 §0 §0SJW's, Jews and leftists will evacuate or be lynched

Media will be purged by the new society. We will eventually stop using electric media all together, or become obsessed again.§0 §0 §0New leaders will arise in time with uncanny talents, leading their nations to new heights as Charlemagne and Caesar had.

America will become isolated from the rest of the world and rule inward. They will have 50% of their present power and prosperity, but dispersed to the government. §0 §0 §0Martial law, slums, poverty, underground societies and general dystopia will be America
