§4Initial Findings: §0The site itself is located just on the outskirts of Alpoko, an abandoned town roughly 500 metres outside of Gabon. The building is being built over an old road into Alpoko and it is situated in close proximity to the sea.

§4Working Conditions: §0Workers can be forced to work for several days at a time with little to no breaks. Currently the workers have not received any pay for work already completed on the building. It is unsure what they will receive upon completion of

the building. There are very few amenities for workers while they are on break. There is a breakroom of sorts located in the centre of the build. This breakroom is in a hole in the ground. The ground is around 5-7 metres below the height of the buildings

floor and there is not ample provisions provided for a safe descent. Workers may have to jump down to the ground and risk injuring themselves. There are three staircases constructed between the ground and the floor. These staircases are made out of rigid

blocks and do not seem particularly stable. In order to go up these stairs, workers need to physically jump up each step due to the height between each step. The breakroom itself is quite small. It is poorly lit and the walls and roof are made out of

dirt. There is a single slab which I presume to be for sitting on. When I first went down to the break room there was a zombie in the breakroom. I do not believe he was a worker here as he attacked me on sight despite me having all of my documentation to

prove I am a member of the Gabonese government and the head of Health & Safety in Gabon. Unfortunately I was forced to kill him, I don't want to imagine what would have happened if a tired worker had found him instead of me. Upon searching the chests in

the breakroom for food and water, I found no provision for water at all, on top of that, the only food provided was stale bread, and rotting flesh. There was no fridge to keep food cool and fresh. There is no marked bathroom on site or in the breakroom.

The only thing close to a toilet I could find was an unmarked hole in the breakroom where I found the zombie. The hole had a putrid smell which was detectable upon my first decension into the breakroom. This concluded my inspection of the breakroom.

During my visit it began to rain and I was horrified to see there was no attempt to protect the wood from the rain. I watched as some parts of the wooden floor absorbed the water and began to bend and warp due to the added moisture. This is unacceptable
Page 12 of 13
as with a build this size, it will rain a lot before it's completion. On top of this, workers were forced to continue working in the rain without being supplied any sort of water proof equipment or clothing of any kind. On top of this the stairs built for

the site were very steep.
