So you decided to become a politician? Such a fascinating and empowering position in any society no? In fact, Very empowering! Well, you are reading this manual of sorts in order to become the Politician, yes with a capital P. I am by no means an expert

but I am certainly experienced enough to be an authority on such topics. Here we shall review the ins and outs of becoming the Politician.§0 §0 §01. Know your audience§0 §0Like any capitalist market or those fancy data algorithms I hear so much about, you must know

the demands and aspirations of the average worker. Sometimes you will be surprised by the intersection of interests among groups. They can be aimless uneducated morons (I love the uneducated personally) or Politicians in the making. From this wide

net, you will find yourself a capable group of individuals who can coordinate and organize these groups.§0 §0 §02. Form your inter-circle and coalitions§0 §0 §0Your inter-circle will be vital to mobilizing the masses and

organizing other efforts….something to be discussed later. Make sure they are capable but not too capable or ambitious for that matter! Just the right mix of rigid loyalty and ingenuity. With your small group of loyalist, you will spread you influence to

the many individuals and organizations of all ideological persuasions. Forming a coalitions are always vital to maintaining long-term power. However, remember that alliances are expendable and when the time comes, you can dump them for others.

You are at war with Eurasia but now you are at war with Oceania.§0 §0 §03. Breaking institutions§0 §0 §0Let us be honest, democracy is a façade. The Politician knows this all too well! Populism is your friend, a powerful tool that when wield

correctly, can even make a “billionaire” seem like a man of the people! You must exclaim almost immediately that something is broken. What’s broken? Well, that’s for you to figure out. Maybe it is true or maybe it isn’t. Regardless you must destroy these

these flawed institutions and replace them with something better and one that empowers the Politician and his inter-circle. §0 §0 §04. Fear triumphs§0 §0 §0The enemy of my enemy might be a friend but can himself become an enemy.

There are people outside ready to destroy your movement. You, the Politician, cannot allow these enemies, real or imagined, from destroying society. Alliances are meant to be broken when necessary and even better when you can pit two opposing

factions against each other and only intervene when the bloodletting has ended. You, and only you, can stop society from cannibalizing itself. After all, you are the Politician.
