Section 3 - Any entity under the banner of the crown cannot independently have an ‘official’ position in any conflicts or server events. These cities must follow any position taken by the Ruin Council. Publicly

expressing ‘official’ positions may result in expulsion from the state.§0 §0Section 4 - Any land claims that your city is developed on belong to RUIN, they do not belong to your town. Ruin leases the land

to your town rather than your town claiming its own land. If a city attempts to claim its own land, they are considered declaring independence and revoke themselves from any obligation

of defense from the Ruin Council.§0 §0Section 5 - Any entity under the banner of the crown must allow for the Ruin Council to expand the cities snitch network into your developed areas. The Council has no obligation to add you to the snitch network.

Chapter 2§0 §0 Declaring§0 §0 Independence§0 §0 §0Section 1 - Attempts to declare independence without approval first from the Ruin Council will result in your city being classed as trespassers.

Forced removal from Ruin territory may be enforced. §0 §0Section 2 - If you wish to declare independence, you must first discuss and agree to the terms of the Ruin Council on land claims, snitches, laws etc;.

Section 3 - Unless some kind of deal is agreed upon, any declaration of independence will remove any access to Ruin infrastructure & defense. This can include but is not limited to; snitch networks, railways, factories and groups.
