This is the official Charter of Rights for any citizen of the town of Churchill. These rights are given to anyone who has been living within the borders of Churchill unless explicitly specified. This is written on the 14th of September, 2013.

i) The Right to Private Property Each citizen will be allowed their own private property designated to them by the state. This does not include such things as a) A private means of production. (Factories) b) Any Property

not designated by the state. c) Anything that extends the reach of a designated plot. The private property is to be put to personal use and should be considered a home base to hold a bed and personal belongings.

ii) The Right to Free Speech Each citizen of Churchill has the right to speak freely against anyone and everyone. This does not include Hate Speech. Any extent of hate speech is punishable and may be left to deal with the

law of town. All citizens will be allowed to vote in any election or upon any law in town as to further the direct democracy. Any direct verbal assault (in game chat or mumble) will not fall under the right to free speach.

iii) The Right to Inactivity All players in town have the right to be inactive for up to two weeks without notice after that two weeks, another two weeks notice will be given before any removal of private property.

iv) The Right to Vote All citizens will be allowed to vote in elections for officials as well as any decisions for town without fear of repercussions of any kind. Each citizen will vote only once per election or decision.

v) The Right to the Means of Production All citizens of Churchill will be granted access to the various storages in town including, the wood shed, mass storage, stone shed and building materials. All citizens will also be allowed access to the

factory building (also known as "The Works") as long as they are current citizens, law abiding citizens of Churchill. Any private means of productions will promptly be removed.

vi) The Right to Trial Anyone being detained by a member of the Town of Churchill will have the right to a fair trial in determining a) If being pearled was justified b) The length of their pearling should it be justified.

This will be done through the town judge at the time and he/she will be in charge of giving a fair sentence. This does not apply to non-members of Churchill who may be extradited.

These are all official rights to anyone residing in Churchill. These will be voted upon and re-visited come October 14th, 2013.
