and tactics of a§0 §0typical anarchist§0 §0military force in§0 §0Minecraft . Where PVP§0 §0is concerned, this§0 §0book won't delve into§0 §0detail. Instead it deems§0 §0to cast a light on the§0 §0organisational and§0 §0hierarchal structure§0 §0of an army, and also§0 §0certain tactics§0

which are proven to§0 §0be effective in§0 §0Minecraft battles,§0 §0especially in the limits§0 §0and opportunities of§0 §0anarchists.§0

Part One: Organisation§0 §0 §0Anarchist officer§0 §0structure is much§0 §0different from§0 §0conventional army§0 §0hierarchy. All officers§0 §0should be§0 §0democratically elected§0 §0by his or her soldiers,§0 §0and should be fully§0 §0recallable by his or§0 §0her§0

soldiers. The soldiers§0 §0under the command of§0 §0the officer's position§0 §0would elect one of§0 §0their own§0 §0comrades-in-arms to§0 §0direct them, based on§0 §0trust and merit.§0 §0Likewise, upon breach§0 §0of skill, trust ,§0 §0discipline or upon§0 §0unnecessarily§0

endangering the§0 §0warriors under their§0 §0command, the officers§0 §0would be liable to§0 §0recall, exile, execution,§0 §0demotion or any other§0 §0punishment deemed§0 §0necessary by their§0 §0subordinates . As§0 §0such, an anarchist§0 §0military force is§0 §0organised from§0

the bottom up, not the§0 §0top down. Here it must§0 §0be said that hierarchy§0 §0does exist in a sense.§0 §0Officers take orders§0 §0from their commanding§0 §0officers, and give§0 §0orders to their§0 §0subordinates. However,§0 §0although this is§0 §0relevant for tactics§0 §0during a§0

battle and in between,§0 §0it is the private who§0 §0holds the most power,§0 §0as he is the most§0 §0numerous. Justice in§0 §0an anarchist force is§0 §0handled similarly.§0 §0Disciplinary measures§0 §0are voted on by the§0 §0soldiers, and are, in§0 §0the case of the§0 §0Ukrainian§0

armies, often very§0 §0harsh. Court Martials§0 §0are also held in an§0 §0anarchist fashion.§0 §0Depending on the size§0 §0of the army, relevant§0 §0juries are made up of§0 §0as many soldiers as§0 §0possible. Consequently§0 §0a trial is held, as§0 §0normal, with the§0 §0accuser and§0 §0defendant.§0

Afterwards the jury§0 §0votes on the matter.§0 §0General Assemblies§0 §0are also an important§0 §0part of organisation§0 §0and are important for§0 §0deciding larger, more§0 §0general issues and§0 §0strategic decisions.§0 §0This is where ALL§0 §0members of the army§0 §0gather to discuss and§0 §0vote

on these issues. It is§0 §0important also to note§0 §0that anarchist armies§0 §0are, in theory,§0 §0completely voluntary.§0 §0Soldiers may join and§0 §0leave as they so wish,§0 §0as the concept of§0 §0desertion is not valid§0 §0at all. However, the§0 §0Makhnovist army of§0 §0Ukraine did not, in

practice, allow§0 §0desertion, and§0 §0effectively§0 §0conscription did§0 §0happen. In minecraft§0 §0this practical difficulty§0 §0should not exist,§0 §0however. §0

Anarchist Military§0 §0Tactics §0 §0 §0Minecraft Anarchist§0 §0Tactics are usually§0 §0centred around styles§0 §0of guerilla and riot§0 §0warfare. Retreating,§0 §0counterattacking, and§0 §0harassing continually§0 §0are important§0

aspects. Historically,§0 §0many anarchist forces§0 §0had to utilise cheap§0 §0ways to perform§0 §0warfare. Here we find§0 §0the same relevance in§0 §0Minecraft. It is better§0 §0to fight defensively,§0 §0with stone swords,§0 §0petty armour and§0 §0bows, and to spawn§0 §0constantly, than§0

dress in diamond§0 §0armour and tank your§0 §0way to victory. It is§0 §0important to invest in§0 §0good, enchanted bows,§0 §0so snipers can pick§0 §0off attackers, who§0 §0would be harassed by§0 §0melee fighters armed§0 §0with stone swords, and§0 §0eventual splash potion§0 §0throwers§0

with Molotovs! Victory§0 §0lies central with§0 §0co-operation. That's§0 §0important. The central§0 §0tenet of anarchist§0 §0armies is the sense of§0 §0brotherhood,§0 §0comraderie and§0 §0infallible co-operation§0 §0in order to reach§0 §0victory. You would§0

be wise to incorporate§0 §0that into your tactics,§0 §0and to train and§0 §0nourish this. §0
